June 2010 Invitation Run. On Saturday 5th June, GMES held an Invitation Run where
members from other miniature railways brought their trains to our track.

Three VR locos in attendance, although none were
hauling passengers on the day. The W class in the foreground is 7¼" gauge.
The S class behind it is 5" gauge and was hauling your webmaster's new well
wagon for testing purposes. The wagon chassis is from Ride on Railways in
the UK (see links page). The Y class in the background had been newly
repainted and was also being test run.
